Cllr Mary Locke will be supporting Small Business Saturday UK again this year by shopping at local small businesses throughout our ward.

Mary will start her tour of local small businesses at Stirchley Baths, where she is holding one of her regular advice surgeries between 10.30am and 12noon. After visiting businesses in Stirchley she will go on to Cotteridge high street, the Masefield estate and Bournville.

Small Business Saturday UK is a grassroots, non-commercial campaign, which highlights small business success and encourages consumers to ‘shop local’ and support small businesses in their communities. The day itself takes place on the first Saturday in December each year, but the campaign aims to have a lasting impact on small businesses.
