Labour candidates Fred Grindrod and Liz Clements have written to the Conservative West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street and the leader of the Conservative Group on Birmingham City Council, Robert Alden, asking them to condemn remarks made by the Conservative candidate for Bournville and Cotteridge at yesterday (Thursday 27th April) evening’s hustings in Bournville and Cotteridge.

Bournville Labour Party donates over £1,000 of food to B30 Foodbank

On Sunday , Cllr Mary Locke, Cllr Karen McCarthy and a team of volunteers from Bournville Labour Party bought just over £1,000 pounds worth of food from Stirchley Co-op and donated it to B30 foodbank.

Cllr Mary Locke donates £600 worth of food to B30 Foodbank

On Friday 22 July Councillor Mary Locke and volunteers from Bournville Labour Party purchased £600 worth of food for B30 Foodbank from the Stirchley Co-op, thanks to the generosity of our local community.
